Should you wish to refund a registration or event booking, or return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a service or product provided it is a) within a reasonable time frame when the request to refund is made (7 days before the workshop or event takes place), and/or b) the goods are in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. ***For a refund of registration, or cancellation of service booking, if we were informed within 3 days of the workshop or the service booking, we reserve the right to refuse the refund, if the request is made within 7 days, we may deduct up to 30% of the registration or booking fee. In case of returns, if the product returned is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
