FuzionBartending.com complies with the Privacy Act 1983 and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) 2004 in Canada.

By registering with Fuzion Bartending or making an enquiry via the contact form you will be requested to provide personal information such as your name and e-mail address. We will not publish or provide your e-mail address or other personal information to third parties without your consent except to our authorized service provider or unless it is in the public interest to do so. When you visit our site, we automatically collect IP addresses and web site usage information which we use to compile statistical usage of our site. The resulting data may be shared with third parties; however the personal data including IP addresses will not be shared. For parts of our website, we employ the use of cookies strictly for storing and customizing visitor preferences.

Refund Policy

We hope that you will be pleased with our service.

Should you wish to refund a registration or event booking, or return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a service or product provided it is a) within a reasonable time frame when the request to refund is made (7 days before the workshop or event takes place), and/or b) the goods are in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. ***For a refund of registration, or cancellation of service booking, if we were informed within 3 days of the workshop or the service booking, we reserve the right to refuse the refund, if the request is made within 7 days, we may deduct up to 30% of the registration or booking fee. In case of returns, if the product returned is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
